Tone, Stretch & Relaxation with Ros Barrett
To support weight loss starting Thursday 21st February 8.00 – 8.45pm in The Parish Centre, Ardara.
Cost for 6 weeks €30. This programme is designed specifically for men and women taking part in a weight loss
programme who may not have exercised for some time, with options to do some exercises seated in a chair or on a mat.
Pilates will be included in this exercise programme. Bring a mat, towel, small cushion and a bottle of water.
This is a great way to regain confidence through gentle exercise.
FRIDAY NIGHT DISCO
- 22nd February 9.00 - 11.00.
A supervised disco for 12 - 14 years at the Dolmen Centre, €4.00.

Foroige Club
Foroige Club on Fridays 7.30 - 9.00pm in the Dolmen Centre. All young people aged 12 - 18 from Ardara and Downstrands area welcome.
Fashion Show;
To reflect on St. Conal's Church Kilclooney celebrating its 150 years, a Fashion show will be held in the Dolmen Centre on Friday 8th March. Tickets are available at the Dolmen Centre call 0749545010 and from Deirdre Mc Cole on 085 7455929.
Drama;
The Ardara Methodist Drama Group will stage their comedy play " Widows Paradise" by Sam Cree on Thursday 28th Feb, Friday & Saturday 1st & 2nd March @ 8pm each
night. Admission is 10.00 which includes supper.
Clothes Appeal;
The Belarus orphanage and the Charity of the Children of Chernobyl fund require children's clothing from 4-18yr olds. Blankets, sheets, towel etc are also welcome. If possible could the clothes be boxed to save time and labelled for example age and gender. You can leave the clothes with Siobhan Mc Nelis, Loughfad, or ring 9545339. You support would be greatly appreciated.
